My practice supports individuals on their path of healing and awakening. It is my deeply held belief that the Soul wants a conscious experience of its completeness – its Truth – while living in a physical body. I offer spiritual guidance sessions, reiki, classes, workshops, and retreats to support this journey.
In December 2003, I graduated as a Level III Practioner from Christen McCormack’s Spirit School of the Intuitive Arts and I am member of the Founding Circle of SSIA. I teach the Foundation Course of SSIA in the Greater Washington, DC area and Pennsylvania. I am a Level II Usui Reiki Practioner and have studied Reiki with Barbara Wilson of Towson, Maryland and Kathy Edwards of Sperryville, Virginia. I have been inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner.
I have a B.A. in German Studies from Boston University and an M.A. in Linguistics from George Mason University.
